TAYLORMADE-ADIDAS TEXAS TEAM CHALLENGE: December 8-9, 2008

FORMAT: 36 holes (18 each day), Four Ball Stroke Play.
ELIGIBILITY: All Class “A” Members, Master Professionals, Life Members, and Registered Apprentices in good standing employed in the Southern Texas PGA and Northern Texas PGA. Individuals who finished in the Top 25 of the 2007 final points list or are in the Top 25 of the 2008 points list in either Southern Texas PGA or Northern Texas PGA may not form a team. A-3 Members are considered in the top 25. These lists can be found at www.stpga.com and www.ntpga.com.
ENTRY FEE: $400 per Team - includes green fees, cart fees, range balls. TaylorMade-adidas favors for each contestant.
**All Northern Texas PGA members please register by mailing or faxing this entry form to the Southern Texas PGA office listed below. Southern Texas PGA members can register online, via mail or fax.**
